Site content is general information

Our articles, FAQs and service pages explain how basement waterproofing and foundation repair usually work. They aren't an inspection, engineering advice or a diagnosis of your home. Every basement is different. We can only tell you what yours needs after we see it.

Prices and estimates

Any prices or ranges on this site are general guides, not quotes. Your price is set in a written estimate after an inspection. A quote form submission doesn't create a contract. Work starts only after you and Accu-Dry sign a written agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with anything on this site.

Warranties

Warranty coverage is set out in the written warranty you get with your project. Nothing on this site adds to or changes it.

Reviews and photos

The reviews on this site come from real customers. The photos show our own work unless we say otherwise. Results depend on each home's conditions.
